Can I exchange an item?
Exchange of an item is possible only in case of a fault. Change of mind exchanges are not honoured.
How do I return an item?
Product returns are only possible in case of fault with an item. To return an item, please contact the team by emailing at gday@tonggarden.com.au and a team member will respond to you within 5 working days.
In case of returns, buyer arranges for and pays return postage. Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis, once the item has been received back by us and inspected by the team. The returns process will take 10 working days after the item has been received by us.
How long do I have to return an item?
If there is a problem with the item you received, please contact the team by emailing them on gday@tonggarden.com.au on receiving your order. Please make sure you enter your order number in the email along with the issue and a team member will get back to you within 5 working days. You will have 2 weeks from the date of delivery to request for a return in case of any issues.
What proof of purchase do I need to present for an online return?
Please provide your order receipt for online orders.
